  • Brunch with the Ladies - A Mental Health MUST

For a while now, I have been focusing on encorporating self love into my lifestyle. One way I thought to do this would be spending more quality time with my girlfriends. I don't know about you, but I have been lucky enough to marry a man who's closests friends married incredible woman! So its no wonder I want to soak up more time with them. Today we planned to get together at a nice little place in a quaint little town. We called ahead to make a reservation but apparently they don't do that. Th…

  • New Year Resolutions

As 2018 came to a close, I didn't have that spark to write down countless resolutions for the upcoming year. I run into walls and tables and find small bruises on myself where I’m not quite sure where they came from but it most likely occurred from one of the things I mentioned above. Every instance I scream at myself in my head “WATCH WHAT YOU’RE DOING!” “PAY ATTENTION!” My clumsiness has always impacted me and no one else so although I would get frustrated, I’d also laugh and brush it off. Well..…

  • Back to School Resolutions

The summer has unofficially ended and the Back to School season is upon us. Back to school can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. My little one is not in school as of yet; however, my husband is a 4th Grade Teacher. Although my husband enjoys teaching, he hates to see the summer end. I work year round so to me, the end of summer means the start of fall! We get back to a “normal” schedule and look forward to all the fun filled Fall Activities that awaits us! I look at Back to School almost…
